I purchased a battery a couple days ago, and while it initially seemed to solve my problem, it didn't last. After much testing and cleaning to eliminate other causes, it seemed the new battery must be bad. I expected a little push back at least, but the gents at this Napa put it right on a computer tester, which told us it had a bad cell. They warrantied me a new one, and now my Suburban starts just fine again. I am happy to see the Napa customer service and friendliness is still alive and well in Stanley, ND.

This napa is great. I don't say that about Napa most of time. I will say it about this one tho. Great guys.
