Machinery is old It could use some refurbishing but it's the only place in town. It's a decent little place to go and get your workout on in a very small town

It took forever to get a membership as there ia only staff in occasionally. The gym has most everything you need to to sculp and shape your body. I never participated in the group fitness classes when they had them. I imagine they are small as the room is very small. The floor in there is very slipery in there. There is a Treadmill that had been broken for 6 plus month's. Bring a full water bottle because there isn't a drinking fountain. They do offer drink in a vending machine. the radio system is hardly on and if it is on its quiet (their tv's are louder) also there is no music in fitness room or cardio area. The cost of a membership is rather high. I know other people who pass due to the cost. The gym has been very dirty but they just switched managers and it seems to be cleaned. I so appreciate this gym because it's the only one for 50 miles, but it could be better

Every time that someone wants to joint the club or have any problems with keyfob no one is there to help they only have one person for staff and she only works certain hours of the day and sometimes is a no show so you cant count on no one till they have a chance to return youre call ..... good luck
