This location has no consideration and the lady is very mean. They said that walk-ins are available. But they don't even accomodate the walk-ins and let finish those who are on appointment. They should have said that no walk ins than let the patient wait. We waited more than 2 hours not even considering that if they have walk ins just like the other location, they should have accomodate the walk-ins one by one even after 10 patients with appointmentsthen accomodate one. Will not reccommend this especially if you want to walk-in.

Terrible. Stay away. Doctor made and sent order for my drug urine test. I signed in on their machine at 10am. There were NO sanitization wipes present! Entered all my information, was told by the machine it would be 28 minutes. Received a confirmation text. All set.. NO WAY. Was told after 1 1/2 hours that I was a walk-in and would have to wait until 4pm, at least. The lady was so upset about walk-ins, she said that starting tomorrow, there would be no walk-ins! Unprofessional. Phone ringing off the hook . 25 elderly and sick just waiting endlessly in poorly ventilated office and hall. This place is an open door for Covid. Please read the other reviews and posts about this place. Turns out that Quest and Labcorp are the same thing! No wonder it's goofy. This location should be closed and put out of it's misery. Best wishes for the unlucky folks who must deal with them.

The service attitude is really very poor. I have already made an appointment and waited for two hours and have not arranged time for me. The consulting staff let me register without giving me any explanation. Very disappointed.
