My son has been going to Pallen's Martial Arts for almost a year now and he loves it! This is a very family oriented business that really helps its community especially young kids build their confidence, teach them perseverance, discipline, focus, and mostly respect. A safe place to have fun as well while getting trained to be a black belter!

My granddaughter loves her class, teacher and the special events. This is an excellent place for martial arts classes. The students learn immediately and are given clear instructions on how to progress and they have fun, too! The teachers and staff are all professional and very nice. Pallen's Introductory Special is a great way to try out the program. Great family- centered place. We all love it!!!

As parents, we cannot say enough wonderful things about the Pallen’s program and the entire staff. It has truly been an amazing experience for our child that she wanted to share in her own words… “Over 8 years ago I started my journey at Pallen's Martial Arts, and I never could have predicted the impact it would have on my life. As a shy, petite girl, I did not look like what some might consider a “typical” karate kid. However, the instructors did their best to welcome me and make me feel like family. I loved going to their Summer Camps and After School Program. Now, as a teenage 2nd Degree Junior Black Belt, I can appreciate the opportunities that I have received as well the friends and connections that I have made. Training at Pallen's has helped me physically but has also increased my confidence and leadership skills through my participation in the demonstration team and numerous competitions.
