Had the extreme pleasure of meeting PA Kendra at CityHealth today. She was so genuine and touched way beyond the ailing I was being seen for. Her words were wise and encouraging. Loved meeting her. And highly recommend her. Kira, I believe was her name, the MA was also very pleasant, very friendly and professional. The gentleman at the desk when checking out was also very pleasant and friendly. So I initially had a really positive experience with this urgent care. It was clean, the PA who saw me was really thorough and kind. Honestly, this review has nothing to do with her service. She was a great medical professional and I would go back just to see her. My issue comes from the fact that I had an ultrasound done to rule out a possible blood clot and I have not been able to get in touch with the urgent care center. They were supposed to contact me within 2-3 business days. It's been weeks. I've been calling, leaving messages, varying the days and times and they never pick up their phone. If this were something like a cold I wouldn't be concerned. But I would like to know if I have a blood clot as that is potentially serious and I am in a lot of pain. Consider this a public reaching out. Pick up your phones!

If you go to the San Jose airport location (or likely any of their locations) and get a PCR test, before noon, you have the results by 2PM the next day if not earlier. If you go after noon, then results by 8pm the next day if not earlier.
Yes it is
They do both PCR and Antigen. Turn around time for PCR was around 32 hrs both times I did the test. If you need expedited/ within 24 hrs, they do that in Oakland. Appt availability can be checked on their website.
Can I get the test in Corte Madeira required by Hawaii?
They do not have MMR and Varicella Zoster shots. They do offer TB/PPD Screening for $40.00.
