The blond lady with glasses there was very impolite to customers. The man infront of me in the line was told out loud that his card declined. Surely an establishment could at the very least be courteous to their customers and respect their unfortunate situation, but here it seems to be the opposite. Not to mention that two of the self-checkouts seem to be out of order most of the time.

This is a Costco version of super market, they have scheduled ad newspaper announcements of items on sale. Store is clean, has clean bathroom facilities. The only negative point is lack of cashiers during peak periods. I have waited over 20-25 mins in line. Shoppers usually loaded the shopping cart to the max which takes awhile for checking out. Customers are required to bag your own groceries. This store has a good and fresh selection of vegetables, the meat dept is popular with attractive sales items. Because the price is price competitive which makes this place popular. I have not heard of any complaints while I am in line due to long lines. Some mumbling perhaps. I have observed the cashiers (usually work alone) does take the time to assist the elderly and handicaps to bag their groceries. Shopping bags are available for purchase.

I would give it a zero if I could, it's horrible that every time you come in here they only have two checkers open!! Eben with social distancing you can have 4! When I got in line I was back by the butter, who ever schedules should be FIRED!!
