Amateur front desk employees, the girls were rude and standoffish. Didn’t look like they like their job or want to help. It was my first time there. Wait time was about 4 hours to go on our first lap. Race was ok. Wouldn’t wait 4 hours for that again.

Hey Liam, To race our junior karts, there are no age requirements. You must be 48" tall and able to apply proper pressure to the gas and brake. To race our adult karts, you must be 12 years old, 57" tall, and the same ability to apply proper pressure to the gas and brake.

It's $20 for 2 laps and it's 1st come 1st served.... worst part is if there's a party no one else can enjoy a race until the party's over...best thing to do is line up early like if you were at the DMV
Yes is open. As for the guidelines you have to wear a face mask at all times. If you don't they will ask you to keep it on or leave the premises. They are strict on that policy, they go as far as telling people over the intercom to wear their face mask.
Just make sure if you decide to bring your helmet that it is a full-face helmet that is DOT/Snell approved. The helmet also must have a shield, or you can wear goggles to protect your eyes.

Don't forget to tell him how that their legs aren't as long as their torso but they're the same size as somebody else they can't drive but the other person can like you did with my son
I'm 330 and I fit, as for leg room the carts only scoot back so far so if you got long legs it's gonna suck
Yes if you drill down in the grouo or party section of website it has phone to call to book a group. Hight and age are hidden in there also but they use discretion on fit of cart. And maturity. The adults get acressive and dint recommend anyone under 15
