It was so amazing out there! Very kid friendly. Had an amphitheater to so the camp ground residents could watch movies at night. Close to the water. Great hiking trails. Beautiful place.

It was absolutely beautiful. The camp grounds were well kept. The trails were maintained and had maps to navigate. There were bathrooms and shower rooms, both very clean. They also had a grounds keeper available for questions and they sold fire wood at the site with kindling. They also sold fire wood at the check in station. If you would like a fishing guide book get it at the Super 1 before you get there, that's where I got mine. Disc golf was fun I would suggest picking up a disc golf map to help you navigate.

This is the best place to go camping! There is a gorgeous lake nearby and the water was the warmest lake water I've been in. There is a lot of privacy for such a large campground. With many tall trees and thick vegetation, I would rarely see the other people from my campsite. And there are private showers and bathrooms within walking distance of the campsites. All are kept very clean, I was actually surprised. I will DEFINITELY be going back!
