Moved in Labor Day weekend, saw roach's day one, notified the property mgmt, they acted surprised (acted - key word). Exterminator came out two days later, confirmed activity, started weekly treatment, and told me NOT to store food or cookware, utensils in my cabinets and drawers, which means I am spending lots of money on takeout and deliveries given I am limited to storing in the fridge only and am not about to cook on a stove that has roaches walking on it every day. Exterminator said they found the epicenter two weeks later. Three weeks later, roaches still running around the apt, this is a disgusting way to live. Talked to some other tenants who asked about roaches, they said this has been an ongoing problem in our building for up to four years now, thus, the property management lied to my face and acted like they knew nothing about it. I demanded a rent credit for only half of my increased food expenses due to the roach issue, which was fair, given I'd have to buy groceries and cook anyway if the roaches werent in my apt. They threatened to evict me rather than be accountable and take responsibility. Sad, because the apt is not that bad, its cozy and spacious. Minus the dirty ugly roaches and the ugly lying property management, this place would be a good place to call home. I DONT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE AT THIS TIME... Unless of course you like roaches as pets, and don't mind them crawling all over your food, your furniture, or even YOU when you are asleep at night!!! GROSS!!!

Cons: Walls and floors are paper thin, so very noisy neighbors are impossible to block out. Management is very, VERY hard to reach and when you do they do not hide how much they want you to go away. They have either failed or pretended to fix my building code about 4 times, it's still broken after a year, I've given up on them ever fixing it. Pros: Some nice amenities, maintenance workers are polite and very prompt, and besides the walls/floors, it is a good quality apartment. If noise doesn't bother you, this would be a nice place to live. Although it is rare I have seen the tow trucks late into the night so do be careful with parking. EDIT: Changing to 1 star because management left an entire's window worth of broken glass in the lobby of an apartment's exit for several days without roping anything off, they just put up a caution sign. There is still broken glass up top that could fall and it has been about a week. Note this was the same weekend a lost child was reported to the entire complex. Safety means nothing to these people. I agree with another reviewer that said working from home would be impossible here. If you want to do remote work I would not live here. You never get warnings about renovations, construction, repairs, even building wide water shut offs get 10 minute notice.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Lived here 4+ years. Witnessed the decline of a once decent property. Management has absolutely no clue how to operate this property. The smartest and nicest people there are the maintenance team. Unkept property, nearly all the trees are dying, the tennis courts are a disaster. Squirrels EVERYWHERE, even in buildings at times. The property enforces policies only for those dumb enough to pay, like the $300 non refundable dog fee. So many residents on this property have breeds that are restricted per the lease agreement. Management does nothing. Management also scams you into adding their own $13/mo renters “insurance” coverage even though you’re required to have your own renters coverage to move in… I could go on and on about this place. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these clowns, and get more for your money. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Would not recommend. I moved out a year ago and they charged me rent after I had already moved out and I am still waiting for my money back. Every time we call they say they will reissue a check and say they are to busy right now. Again, its been a year!!

For current residents, how do you feel about the pool? Is it on most of the time, or "under repairs?" Is it clean, and do a lot of the residents use it?
