I scheduled an appointment and was a few minutes late. I called to let them know and they said they could accommodate that. I got there and they weren’t able to see me being that they apparently double booked the time. I took off work and drove 30 minutes and they weren’t able to accommodate me in any way. Inexcusable, they should have told me they couldn’t see me before I got there.

All agents were courteous, friendly, helpful and patient. There were freebies & goodies galore and a plethora of valuable resources & information. Massage was awesome & breakfast was supplied. The agent mitigated most of the discomfort of the mammogram so, overall, this was a fabulous experience!

Hi Sylvia, we do not have a Wide Bore MRI here at Pennsylvania. We do have several other locations that do have a Wide Bore MRI, including the nearby Southlake center. If you could please give our center a call, we would be happy to schedule an appointment for you! Have a nice day!
