I went in to get my necklace repaired that I had them fix before that broke again. I was looking at some necklaces The lady quoted me a price then asked me if I wanted to turn my necklace in the broken one to get some money off the new necklace. I said sure and she quoted me a price of $90 then I asked if I can get a better discount on the necklace and she replied we’re not a pawnshop then why are you giving me pawnshop quotes on my necklace I’m turning in?? Very rude you can definitely find better prices other places. And the quality of the repair jobs are no good.

Went in interested in a gold angel with wings and yellow diamond charm. When I asked do they have an angel the lady interrupted me before I could finish asking my question. She said yes its $2000 So I then asked about another angel and wanted to ask if they can add yellow diamonds to it then the other employee Male inserts his opinion and says that's more money I then said I am not asking how much any of it is but you are not letting me finish asking about what Im looking for. I then turned away and said thank you as I headed out he said Im aggressive. ReallY??? WOW...I have had a wonderful week and these people must have not had the best week plus I would have been a new ongoing customer. They may want to LISTEn to what a customer wants before cutting them off and giving prices. All about letting one person speak one at a time. CUSTOMER comes you listen then proceed. Very simple I think the agression came from your mother and you chimed in on defense without knowing. Matter of fact roll the camera footage and holla back my body language wasnt in any way shape form or fashion agressive I asked her to let me finish. But coming from a childs point of view i can see bit as a business owner roll the footage
