I always end up back at JBHunt. Everyone has their own views about this company, but I personally love it here! The pay has never been a complaint, I've had great managers, and the work has never been too overwhelming. A lot of the management, for me, has let me be a driver as long as I make my appointments on time. When it comes to family emergencies they have been very helpful anytime one has come up. I'm excited that JBHunt has partnered with Waymo and really hope I can at least retire from here before they kick me out of the seat. I'm sure there will be positions autonomous will take a while to handle on its own so I'll probably be here until then. Thank you JBHunt!

The onboarding process is horrible. If this is how you treat your applicants. I can only imagine how you treat the drivers. I’ve had my CDL for over 15 years. Never have I been treated so disrespectful, never had a single violation of any kind and yet disregarded as easily as trash by the recruitment department. Why because my former employer gave them a hard time. This speaks volumes to me and I’m fortunate this happened. You sit in an office and mistreat applicants and wonder why your drivers continue to quit.
