Worst shipping service of all time. Customer service is absolutely terrible and they are completely clueless! I have a package sitting 20 minutes away from me, that has been in pending status for over four days now when my delivery was scheduled for Sunday. It is now going into Thursday with no updates and no package. WORTHLESS SERVICE!

It just depends on the to and from. Typically, however long it takes to drive from point a to point b nonstop is how long it will take for ground pkgs
Former Employee here. This warehouse had a tendency to have trucks circle around the warehouse with the same packages to rescanned to make the numbers look bigger. They also served as a middle man for USPS. Whether they still do that or not, I am not sure.

Honestly it depends on what you ordered. This hub only transfers to other hubs, so if the other hub doesn't want the trailer your product is on then it sits.
Are you can go to the app were you filled out your application and change the status of address so we can update in the system
Depending on where you order your item from will differ in fedex locations, after the rain alot of packages where either A, box ruined need to repackage B, item ruined and needs to be replaced or C, it is still in one of the facilities there was alot of dilivery changes all around, which is also due to high volume of product fedex is processing right now
I would assume you just fill out online. The place is far from busy, so I would go in and ask for assistance or an application.

I dont know I am just a OTR driver I dive 18 wheelers I dont do deliveries. Best advice I can give is try and call the FedEx customer service number. Sorry I cant be of more help.

Sort hours are 1st sort is 12:55 to 6 2nd 7 to 10 3rd 11 til finish I know cause i works days & 2nd sort ... Monday thur Friday 🤗
Yes we are the hours range on mondays it is 10am-6pm. Tue-fri its more like afternoon start at 2pm-6:45pm
