I want to thank Dr Ton and her staff for helping me today. And especially Chrissy for listening to my concern and getting me in so quickly. Dr Ton and her staff were very courteous and kind to me during my emergency visit. She handled my sore mouth very gentle and kept asking me about my comfort level. You couldn’t ask for a better staff then what she has. I was in soooo much pain and needed immediate help so I called them after calling about 15 other dentist offices and her staff got me in immediately. Dr. Ton and her staff are amazing! Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dentist! Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. They offer heavy blankets and let me watch Netflix (Moving Art is great for anxiety). They work with my schedule and budget. I could write a very long review listing all of the reasons why Dr. Ton and her staff are incredible. 100/10 Definitely recommend!

After todays experience, I don’t want to go anywhere else. This is the first dentist Office I’ve loved since 2007. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction with a good bit of anxiety about the procedure since I hadn’t had invasive dental work since about 05-06 and didn’t know what to expect. I let the office know about my anxiety level and they immediately whipped out calming lavender oil, a blanket and soothing music. Unfortunately I still ended up having a little needle-anxiety fainting spell close call and honestly they could’ve had side jobs as anxiety specialists like oh my god (in a good way). It was the first time it had happened with dental work (usually with giving blood or piercings) but I am so glad I had the LuxFamily Dental team for taking amazing care of me!

Hands down, probably the best experience I’ve had was in this office. The people at the front desk set the tone. They were very nice and welcoming. The entire staff provided stellar service. I moved to Texas a year ago and this was my 3rd dental office since moving. Needless to say, I don’t need to search anymore. I highly recommend this office.
