I went there for the first time last night to see 1 of my favorite bands. I had a great time. The staff was very friendly. The drinks were great & very reasonably priced. It's a small intimate venue. I felt very comfortable there. They have a nice fenced in area in the back if you want a smoke. There isn't a parking lot just street parking. But I had no trouble finding a spot on a Friday night. The only problem for me is that I live 45 minutes away & I'm unfamiliar with the area. & Sometimes my phone maps doesn't work well. But that's not their fault. If Saint Tragedy plays there again I would probably go back especially in the Summer.

Used to have a lot of fun at this place singing and promoting events. Went there tonight (they changed open mic from Tuesday to Monday) and it was awful. Tonight was open mic, and my boyfriend and I were the only ones there besides the employees. They (the employees) got on stage and started jamming.. and when they were done I asked them if they could play a song for me and my boyfriend so we could sing, and they said they knew the song we wanted to sing, but didn't feel like playing it.. and proceeded to play the batman theme song and ignore us.. we paid money to sit there and listen and sing.. and we were DENIED THE CHANCE TO SING ON OPEN MIC NIGHT. This place used to be great, but it's a joke now. So disappointed. Won't be going back. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Edit: As I cannot respond to the owners reply I will edit my post. Nobody yelled and demanded a song. If you read my review you would see that they said they knew the song I wanted to sing but didn't want to play it because they wanted to jam.. the employees. Nothing in life is truly "on demand" without the fine print and I understand your employees are not on demand. This was not me yelling at them demanding they play a song they've never heard of and berating them when they didn't know the song. This was me asking them to play a song that they said they knew but didn't feel like playing. Fusion is an awesome place and I've always enjoyed coming here to socialize, promote, and sing in the past. I also had a horrible experience recently, the one I described above, that disappointed me. If there are customers on open mic night that want to sing, the employees at that location shouldn't tell you "no, we're gonna do what we want and jam since it's just you and a couple of other customers". I'm the last person to demand anything. Please read what I wrote next time objectively instead of taking it personally and responding as if I'm somehow to blame for the unprofessionalism of your employees on this night.
