This place is filled of corruption a worker who was drinking during the job wasn't fired only suspended for a week and he got the option to go to another job. No punishment was given to him. Drinking is one thing but also not punishing the worker but instead giving him another job? Workers also drink during the job some hide liquor in the residents room

I can't say enough good compliments on all the staff that I have observed at The Grove of Fox Valley, in an industry that is very difficult, staff made families experience smooth. Staff was exceptionally kind and hard-working. I would definitely recommend this facility to anybody without a doubt, Exceptional care!

The Grove of Fox Valley, the place where you want to be. I have gone to other facilities, worked at some but there’s nothing more inviting and friendlier atmosphere than at The Grove of Fox Valley. I actually haven’t noticed that I’ve been working here for more than 10 years already. Wow! Working with these equally competent staff and hardworking CNAs is an everyday relief after an 8 or 16 hours hard working day thinking that we all did a good job for the residents. I love this team, The Grove of Fox Valley!

Place is horrible. If you have loved ones. Do NOT send them here. My mom is a dialysis and diabetic and they couldn’t give her a diet based on her needs. They told her that everyone eats the same food. She dislocated her shoulder at the Grove and was neglected care. My sister had to call 911 because irresponsible nurses could not attend to her. Days later, she dislocated again because the nurses at the Grove took off her immobilizer. Instead of them sending her to the ER, they gave her pain meds. Had they done their job and taken X-rays they would of seem the dislocated shoulder. I told the nurses that if I found out her shoulder was dislocated and that they’d leave her like that pumped with pain meds instead of fixing the problem that there would be consequences due to elder abuse and negligence. They called the ambulance and sure thing, it was dislocated. I will reporting them to the Kane county health department and ombudsman. There’s way more details to the horrifying experience but too much to write.
