Very unprofessional for counseling services, tried a couple of times with different counselors. Turns out, it's just family guidance! They slowed me down in my services I needed to accomplish! They don't call you for your scheduled times, and then if you're lucky enough to reach them they expect you to run your session! with replies like "yea, oh, that's good, that's not good" etc. They won't give anyone the info they may need for your services if you've been referred to do this! They do not care about their job, let alone the people who come in for help!

This is a great team at this location.They go above and beyond to help clients. The counselors are amazing . Nursing staff amazing. Security amazing. These are happy people that work there and it shines through there job. I've never seen a state funded facility as nice as this

All the staff is awesome! It's way better than the 70 dollars a month I had to pay at what I like to call caps cartel. (Caps downers grove) caps strictly only cared about money. FG had awesome people who will try to help you if they can. The negative reviews on here are probably because the person didn't get something done their way.

Hi. The clinic has posted dosing hours clearly stated in many places both online and on the property. The clinic’s business hours do not necessarily coincide with their dosing times. I know it’s frustrating when you can’t dose, believe me- I know. But, it’s the patient’s responsibility to know when their clinic’s dosing times are.
Mon - fri they dose from 6 or 7:30am - 11am close for an hour and open back up at 12, and then they dose again from 12-2:30 Sat - Dose from 7:30am - 10 or 10:30am Sun - Closed
