Went in to mail off 1 card to a friend. Your worker Floria is about the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She needs to learn how to talk to people. How is she still even employed with all the bad reviews??

I've always given this location the benefit of doubt even after one of the letter carriers attempted to steal my wallet but after today I think it may be a requirement to fail a psychiatric exam in order to work here. Rude and they make up rules as they go. Go to another location or just go to UPS or FedEx. This place is hopeless.

At times if they don't have mail for us, they don't come up to my door. So my out going mail may stay another day. When I see my mail person and notice that my outgoing is still there I call it to their attention. They are very polite and respectful.

How can I get my redelivery items? Can I come there to pick my items?
