The truth is, the planet of Halton City is the best location. The workers are good slingshots and they don't mess with you. Since I've been to 5 locations around it and I've had a bad experience in all of them.

Have been working out there for 3 months. Was in the middle of working out when an employee came up to me and was so rude, I hadn't checked in. I get it. She has a job no biggy. I've never checked in every other time I've come,they were fine with me not and being a guest. Like I said fine no biggy. My beef is her rude attitude. Girl you think I'm gonna steal some work out equipment? Don't treat me like trash! Won't recommend to others to join just to be treated like trash!

The bathroom sink is very dirty. I think they should put more maintenance on it because it is a public place, which is why it should be cleaner.

They do have one person that I know of who personal trainers if you become a black member you can take classes they are different times during the day that they do different slots like core ,strength,cardio etc
They were only shut down for a day for the gas leak and have been reopened for awhile. They are 24/7 access.

Yes, they will assist you and teach you the proper way to use the equipment as well as set you up with a class to customize a workout specifically designed for you. Just ask them at the front desk and also sign up for the class. They also have massage chairs, hydro massage, tanning beds, showers, big locker rooms with lockers as well as free lockers. The only thing they do not have is child care. I love it there.
