This is by far the worst PI group ever. They took my case for a slip and fall at my apartment on the ice, and had all of my information. There were no surprises, After over a year of seeing doctors, therapy and MRI's I was called by one of their attorney's telling me that they are dropping my case. They could have told me that upfront. I was told that they cannot prove my injuries were due to my fall on the ice. I could have saved allot of time if they told me that in the beginning. Very curious as to why I had to go through all that I did, then told they cannot prove anything. The worst group ever. Thank you for responding to my review. But the point I was trying to make is that you had all of the information within 30 days but yet this could’ve been wrapped up in 90 days instead of it going on for over a year that’s my point.

I would highly recommend Randy Flager and his associates. After my car accident I wasn't sure which way to turn I had some serious injuries and a lot of hospital bills. I contacted Randy's office he got me right in took my file over handled all the phone calls and coordination with the other insurance companies. He helped me get a settlement for my pain and suffering. His staff was great at communicating what I needed to do if anything and he got me a great settlement

The team at Flager & Associates walked us through an unexpected and difficult period in our lives; they were patient and kind in every interaction with us and ensured that the complicated legal process did not overwhelm us. While I focused on my husband's medical care, they worked diligently on our behalf to achieve the best possible outcome. We highly recommend them!

He settled two cases for me and I couldn't have had a better result. Randy never gave up. He's a fighter. He will get the best results for any matter he takes on. The staff are all wonderful warm and they make you feel like family! I recommend him 100 times over. Love you guys!!!! Thank you for helping me!!

Questions & Answers

What does personal injury law cover?

A personal injury results from another party's careless act that causes physical or mental harm to you. The harm might be apparent immediately, or it might come out at a later time. Personal injury cases can arise from auto accidents, slipping or tripping accidents, dangerous or defective products, harmful medical mistakes, dog bites and many other situations which cause bodily harm.

How much should I ask for in a personal injury settlement?

Many factors go into what a personal injury settlement is worth, so you can't determine a value upon your first meeting with a lawyer. Those factors include liability, what your injuries are, the type of treatment you'll be receiving, whether the injuries are permanent,  your age and prior medical history, where the accident happened, what the available insurance is, and economic damages. Insurance companies consider all these factors in determining the maximum amount you'll be able to receive in a settlement.

How long does a personal injury lawsuit take?

The timeframe of a personal injury lawsuit depends on a couple of different factors. First, it depends on the type of injuries you sustained and the nature of the treatment you are receiving after the accident. Once you complete your treatment, it can take anywhere from a month to a couple of years to settle the case. Second is whether the case can be resolved without having to file a lawsuit. Your lawyer will first open a claim with the insurance company and try to resolve your case amicably. If this doesn't happen they will file a lawsuit, which will extend the timing of the case.
