I would not recommend this place. I went through the sleep study, twice, once so they could find the correct setting for cpap machine. I had the meeting with the doctor about a week later and she said my cpap would be ready in about 2 weeks and that they would give me a call when it was ready. I never got a call so I called them. Surprisingly, they actually answered. Not surprising, they had the machine but had not set it for my settings yet and they said they would call me when it was ready. It has been a month since I called them and I still have not received a call from them. I try calling them but when I do get an actual person they just transfer me to someone else, I wait on hold until I get connected to a voice-mail system and I can't leave a message because the answering system doesn't accept messages. No outstanding debt with them and still can't get what I payed for to improve quality of life and overall health. I would rate lower than 1 star if I could, this place definitely does not care about its patients. Please look elsewhere if you need help with your sleep issues!

My overnight stay on two separate occasions left me with many questions and feeling quite frustrated. Little was explained as far as how w my sleep apnea issue was being addressed, other than numerous wires hooked up to my body. Subsequently I met with PA Martha Curtain who detailed everything, issues and treatments. She was really great, answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns. I highly recommend PA Curtain - very professional. And yes, I am experiencing great successes with my cpap treatment.

I am posting this from my husbands account as I do not have a google one. I would not recommend this Sleep Center. They use an equipment distributor, Advanced Health Services, that will only let you email you orders for new supplies for your sleep pap. They do not reply to your orders and impossible to ever talk to. You sit around and wonder if or when you will receive your needed supplies. Several times I have had to call the Sleep Center who then offer to email the Advanced Health sister company to try and get your order. I have had to do this several times. This past month I haven’t received my supplies because there is zero communication from the sleep center, the suppliers for weeks . I did however get a reminder from the sleep center to call for an appt if I am having trouble using my machine since they see I am not using it! Both facilities are poorly run.

Yes your supplies will be shipped to you and they will also call you when it is yime for a new shipment
They do everything in house and they did great I go pick up my CPAP Friday
