I have been here twice before this recent visit. I will say the front staff is very... standoffish, very dry. (Has been this way since I've gone in there) I'm just that girl that gives chances. You'll get a hello & straight to what you need check in (etc) even on the phone. I mean, a smile goes a long way and a bit of welcoming customer service. My appointment was set for a certain time..literally... an hour later I got to go back & see the nurse practitioner . In the room there was another lady with her whom in my personal opinion completely took over the consultation which I was not expecting... i didn't like that. She was in the room on my first visit as well, and kept pushing Botox and her own points on why to get it, not cool because i had already daid i wanted the other alternative (which is cheapest) $ wise. In my opinion if the NP is doing my treatment she should be the one explaining what i need & the benefits of it, not someone else. t's happened before this lady just literally takes over what you're wanting, not you. I said I did not like botox but was pushed on me anyway, even after I said I didn't like it. yes I make my own decisions but I literally was being fed botox and why it's better than the other brand. Now, at my last appointment I told them that when I had my under eye treatment I was not happy with ithe results so I would like it to be redone I was going to be charged again for the job that didn't go well the first time, which i was not happy about naturally. Nonetheless was excited to have the treatment done anyway, only to be told I had to wait another month (made no sense to me) they said my under eyes were puffy, they i had congestion lol , well needless to say that's not what I was expecting because at the beginning of my appointment i could have been told that from the get to go.... and literally to be quoted $4,000 for smile line filler & the under eye treatment (correction) was just through the roof... honestly I've been to Beverly hills for treatments & did not pay these prices. Maybe this place is just not for me but I will not recommend it to any of my friends or family. If you decide to go here, get a consultation first speak with the Nurse practitioner, RN & don't let yourself be pushed to any extras you didn't ask for.

My service provider Ellen is the best, she knows I'm on a budget and recommends the most bang for the buck. Prior to getting roscea my skin looked amazing, now she is helping me thru this phase. Thank you Injectability and Ellen!!!

Injectability Clinic is my go to Medspa for a facial refresh, for Cool Sculpting, fillers, Microtox & Botox. This office is beautiful, it is so very clean, and very professional. The staff is always pleasing, friendly, and always concerned with a patients needs and wants. You will never find yourself overdone because Injectability's patented Arquederma method just leaves you looking subtly refreshed. I have been going to Injectability for several years and I am truly happy with all of the services I have received.

As someone who has had a many botox and filler procedures over the last 20 years, I can honestly say that Injectability is the best in Los Angeles. I have been going there for 3 years now, and every time it is great. Their staff is knowledgeable and caring. Their services are next level. Nurse Leslie Fletcher and Nurse Ellen Mehring, along with Medical Assistant Billie Aldrich have turned the clock back for me. They are experts in their art, and they make sure to communicate clearly to help reach your goals and make sure that they stay within your budget. Also, this is the first medical practice that I have gone to where I am actually numb before I am worked on; it is a combination of their proprietary numbing cream and them allowing enough time for the cream to work. They do not rush their services; they work on getting it right. It is the most pain-free experience that I have ever had, and the entire staff is focused on quality care. I have referred 5 people to their practice ranging from ages 36-75, and all have had a great experience and loved their results. Nurse Leslie has actually fixed less than desirable work for two of my friends who were seeing other doctors. I have had the best Cool Sculpting results from this practice, and the IPL that I get done there is great. I am looking forward to booking PRP with micro-needling, as I have not had the opportunity to experience that service yet. I love this practice and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have refreshed my face and body so that I look like myself, just brighter and healthier.
