Have you ever felt that a customer service rep could blow you off in the middle of a pandemic on top of an economic collapse? Well, that's my experience speaking with Josh with Top Premium finance. My husband is a trucker who financed his insurance policy through Top Premium finance. We have a monthly payment due (like we usually do) to TOP premium finance, because of forces beyond our control (pandemic on top an economic collapse) we asked for an extension of a day or two on our monthly payment. Josh said that there was no way possible he could facilitate this with an apathetic tone. I've never been late on my payments with TOP premium in the past, but I guess they don't care. They want their money no matter the times or hardships we face. I wish everyone else good health and good luck through these trying times.

We at Bob's Insurance Services LLC highly recommend Top Premium Finance as we have had nothing but great experiences with their services overall. They're fast and always take care of us even if something goes wrong they always go out of their way to the fullest in helping us and retain our customers and provide great service. Becarefull with this employees ,,they put me out of businnes because they are fraude ..i sent the payment with enough time before,,then they tell you they still not received it so my commercial insurance was cancelled and my MC authorities was cancelled by DOT,THEY ARE REALLY BAD PEOPLE ..
