This court does not deserve one star. I came to the court of appeals and asked them to recall the mandate on a case that false, fraudulent legal paperwork was submitted to get a judgment. Since I felt that I could prove that the case should be reexamined; I pleaded with the U.S. court of Appeals for that chance. They denied the mandate and gave me absolutely no reason. Their receptionist stated that it's not required to give me a reason for denial. I guess the true fact is that some people are protected by the Constitution, and I am certainly not! I want the court of appeals to know that they have done a great injustice not only to me but to every citizen in Chicago. Your job is to protect us and instead you protect criminals with badges! I may not have my day in court, but I will reveal what happened to me. Hopefully, this may prevent this from happening to someone else!

ALL PRAISES TO THE MOST HIGH

As an African American Male I can say that the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals was unbiased and ruled in my favor on a recent case, although they overlooked one of my claims. For the most part I believe the system works in most cases. I won my race based retaliation case from a 3 Judge Republican Panel, per curiam! Two of the Judges were appointed by Trump and 1 by Ronald Reagan. In America I think there is a little bit of hope left that justice will prevail, my case is a perfect example of this. Racism is embedded into the fabric of America but I believe most white people want to do the right thing regardless of race. This isn't the 1st time I've won a legal matter under these circumstances. I think its time for this country to heal the scars of racism and slavery and come together as one or else we will be doomed to fail as a nation. All thanksgiving and gratitude to Judges Easterbrook, Brennan, and Barret.

I believe this court harasses the poor? Requires $500 filing fees to the unemployed or persons who do work for free rarely get paid on EEOC and discrimination appeals when they did not require a filing fee 4 years ago when I had more money. Does not make sense. Now when I need to file more cases as a plaintiff am hindered by a filing fee. As of 2018, I would give a one star instead of a higher rating i would have before with my previous cases. Some people have their head in the clouds if they believe all of us have families and friends who share their money and resources with us. The only ones that do share sometimes are the poorest of the poor sometimes get in trouble for sharing whatever little they have. And there might be alot of truth to the last statement.
