The staff here are extremely disorganized and unhelpful. When I first set up my appointment over the phone, they took my insurance information and told me I would receive a second call confirming my appointment time and that my insurance was accepted. When I received that call, I confirmed that everything was set for my consultation. However, upon arriving to my appointment, having dragged myself there with a terrible cold so that I could begin the process and stop having pain, I was told that a referral from my doctor was needed. It would have been so easy to ask for that on the second phone call, when I had weeks before my appointment. If this organization is so careless with my time, there is no way I’m putting my health in their hands.
