Had a package marked delivered and never received it, I filed a report with the post office and received a call back from Pleasant Prairie Post Office and was told “The mail carrier scanned this package correctly. They remember delivering it.” When I asked for clarification on where they may have left it I was told, “Well they don’t remember. They look at 100s of mail pieces a day they can’t remember every individual piece. You’re just going to have to file a police report.” So basically if you have a lost package that was delivered by this post office, don’t expect much help from them.

I mailed an item I sold online and didn't have a box. I found a box at the post office that I could purchase that would fit my item. When I got to the counter, Sharwese (unsure the spelling) told me that she would go look in the back and see if they had a box I could use. She found one, didn't charge me, put it together, and made sure that my item was secure! It was great and she was so pleasant! I will always go back to her for my needs.

Call your local post office. Chances are you have a new carrier that is not familiar with your area, or maybe they just made a mistake.
5:30pm Monday thru Saturday.
Can put on the house or by the curb. You may want to call city and find out how far from street, etc. Id hate to give you wrong info.
