You have to yes they do you have to go to real service to get help and I have a nurse come there and help him from 9 to 5 and that's all I know about we have to go to real service

It takes a whole for payment to show up. Call the utilities to see if they have received it and can post it, and you can call real services.

It probably won't show up until your next bill comes in if you don't see it then then you can call them and ask them
