No. Most PO have outdoor drop boxes. That mail is collected a few times a day and have a final pickup time posted on the box. All that mail is guaranteed to be postmarked the same day.

You'd probably want to contact your local post office and request that under the ADA "AMERICANS WITH DIASABLITIES ACT" and please ask to speak with a manager or a supervisor to work on those accommodations.
I order 4 thing from online, and I notice that I had put the wrong shipping address, I wanna know if I can pick up my package by my self before it went out from delivery?

The Post Office will try to accommodate you if you show up in person at the station for the zip code on the package.
