I had bought one gallon of flex seal about a month ago at Menards and when I opened rhe can it had separated. I didn't have enough to finish my job so I returned to purchase another gallon at right around 100.00 after tax. I told them about the separation in the last gallon and asked them to stir it up. They refused. Said if it broke open it would ruin their machine. If you have seen a paint shake machine, there is no way that lid is going to come off. So now I talk to a manager and he also said no, that it wasn't their machines and they couldn't do it. Said okay, lose a 100 dollar sale I'll buy it somewhere else. Home Depot had no problem shaking it up, they were glad to do it. They couldn't believe that Menards wouldn't do it. 100 dollar sale lost over not shaking up flex seal, what a joke, I'll never go back to Menards for anything.

Menard offer a best offer called rebate scam. I never got my 11% rebate. I don't suggest to buy anything in this store. first impression is the last for me.

I’ve had so many bad experiences with Menards. I’m a general contractor and love the selection they have but the systems and the customer service is awful. They’ve cost me thousands of dollars and don’t care to do anything about it. My company Markus Remodels does not recommend Menards.

There is a base rate even if it's, like, 4 miles from the store. There will always be labor and gas/distance charges.
Alternatively, if you paid with a card they have kiosks in front of customer service where you can look up receipts and print out a duplicate.

No Truck Rental is separate you don't need to make any purchase there you might want to check into a pickup at U-Haul also because their four-wheel drive they have a receiver for a trailer hitch and I believe they're only $20 a day approximately but I believe they charge you mileage so you might get a better deal there I would check around
