My very expensive wedding dress was very expensive to clean and it came back with freckles that were not there when I dropped it off.... Added a picture from the very end of the night where I look horrible to prove there was nothing that spilled on my dress in the area so that people don't think I am just an angry customer who expected miracles....trying to save another bride an expensive bill just to be disappointed, sadden and heart broken

BUYER BEWARE - the most over priced dry cleaner I have ever ever ever used. And I use Bibbentucker and other premium dry cleaners- but this one is just crazy-town. $93 for two dresses. $93. For TWO DRESSES. Two basic maxi dresses which they claim had “fancy” items including an attached tie around the waist cotton belt and fabric. It was two cotton dresses - for $93. What in the world?!? Never again. Service used- basic drop off/pick up dry cleaning. Insanity.

Highly overpriced, poor customer service, blaming me that I should wait over a week because it's their standard and they're really busy. Thats after promising me a certain day when I dropped off. If you can't handle the business then don't accept them but sure dont turn around and make them feel as if it's their fault for bringing you business. You guys are a joke. I asked about 2 shirts you held back for almost a week and finally you saw footage after questioning honesty and transparency with you? Oh by the way, they take all the invoices off before giving your orders so you have no way in there to know what you're paying and they refuse to print you out a copy. They can email to you or they have an app you can see from. I asked to have them email me the invoices and they told me twice they would and did not and they never followed up. BTW this is after $1100 cleaning. Even when confronted the owner, she took no ownership of her mistakes and her staffs since they're all her family or siblings. An owner who's over her head and thinks everything is the customers fault. VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY'RE SHADY !!!!!!!!!
