Check BBB complaints!!,Damage to my home. After 2 months I am still trying to repair all the damage. Piers inside meant they did not have to be careful or take care of my possessions. Too many to list! Worst..no communication. Never told where interior piers would be so I could get things out of the way so they chucked things in a pile breaking a china doll worth well worth over $200 and did not cover them. Floors unnecessarily damaged, fence damaged plus more. Left big roll of carpet in one room. Owner, Julie, was confrontational about damage and said they never clean up their messes.This was a horrible experience.

As a northerner, I admit to not completely understanding the foundation issues faced in Texas. Julie took the time to explain different aspects as it pertains to my home, gave me great tips for future maintenance such as rejuvenating my over dry lawn and best of all, told me I didn’t need any foundation work right now. Totally appreciated her knowledge, taking the time to educate, and most of all her honesty.

I am so impressed with Premier! We had severe foundation issues that needed to be fixed quick. Julie came out several times to assess the property and find us the best solution. Diego and the team that came out took the time to explain their processes and they were fast and clean! They even patched back our walkway without being asked.
