Was not notified that wings were not going to be in my order due to there fire down and didnt even get refunded for that item. Will not order from this store again.

Ive never had issues with pizza hut in general besides with this location only. I ordered from this location once and they got the sauce on my pizza wrong(i can’t eat marinara sauce but that’s what they put on there when i ordered something different.) I couldn’t tell until i got home, so i called and called and called the store. nobody answered. Filed a complaint with pizza hut, never heard a word. From then on ordered from a different pizza hut. Well ordered again and somehow it pulled up this location instead of the other one that i don’t have issues with i didn’t even notice until i went to my normal location and had to drive back towards this one . placed the same order i always do and once again they messed it up the sauce that i cannot eat, called them and by a miracle someone answered and said they would talk to their manager and call me back…. surprise nobody ever did. I’ve never had issues with pizza hut besides this location. it’s ridiculous I will 100% make sure to never order from this location again.

They didn't bring all of my order. I called to get them to bring the rest and they said they would get it done. 1hr later nothing so I call again, get transferred to a "supervisor" and they say the same thing. Another hour goes by and I call again, get hung up on.

I ordered online last night and got a confirmation number for my delivery in 30 to 40 minutes. After almost 2 hours had gone by I called to find out where the Pizza was and was told that the restaurant canceled my order 1 minute after they received it however no one ever notified me. This is unacceptable. And on top of it you still billed my credit card? And I have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund? Also very unacceptable!
