Wish I could give them negative stars... This place used to be run well, and is now being run by a psychotic control freak. Do yourself and your family a favor and do not bring them into this facility. They will not give them the support and passion they truly want/need, nobody working there actually cares.

My mother recently moved her from another facility. The care and concern that has been shown to her and our family has been exceptional. The move in process, even in the midst of Covid, was made easy. I am continually impressed by how kind and caring all the members of the team are. They genuinely seem to like their jobs--which was not the experience that we had previously. The communication with staff is excellent. Any concern or question I have had has been answered quickly and professionally. The nursing care is thorough and the activities planned are innovative and engaging. My mom has been there two months and so far it has been a great move!

I believe that there is.
We take care of older adults that have multiple conditions. Heart failure is a common one and we are very familiar with the monitoring needed for this condition. We also have staff specially trained in approaches for those living with memory loss as well both in our assisted living and memory care environments. Feel free to call us and if we learn that we may not be the right environment based on the care needs or goals, we will always send you with the referrals in the area that can meet those needs.
Family members can use our CareMerge Family App as a "window" into the resident's daily life. We record attendance at various activities, including meals, and registered family members can log-in to see information about what "their person's" day is like. It can also be used as a communication tool for other announcements and/or questions and answers. Please contact our Front Desk for additional information or to request the link to sign-up.
