When I arrived I say down and was immediately taken aback by how friendly the gentlemen that worked their was. He was very helpful and friendly to everyone except for a nice lady in pink! She was having problems making calls on her device so she asked me, shortly after I had gotten there, about her Samsung. I tried resetting the settings and I guess I hadn't fixed it because she still had to take her phone to the very nice man. Well, during that time, I was being helped by the other sales associate who did her best to help me, however, only part of my problem was fixed, but I don't know why the gentlemen was so mean to the lady in Pink because she was going to be going on vacation and she needed her phone to work.
