The server was arrogant and condescending saying they have a different clientele than their other store which was basically an insult to anybody who went there. He was also bad-mouthing some of the products that the stores sold.

I love Roma for their meatball sub. The best I have ever had. I feel they deserve a 5 star rating, however their hours are not convenient in the least. 9-3 is 6 hours when most people are at work. Makes a great place to grab a lunch, but I would love to be able to pick up a meal to take home for dinner. You would think that a booming business would want to cash in on the dinner crowd too! 2 convenient locations, both on my way to work, yet never open for me working 8-4 every day.
