Went for appointment June 1st just to fill out the initial paperwork... it is now mid-August and still no appointment to be seen, yet they've called twice (but only after I've called inquiring the status) saying they need a document that doesn't exist and that the site manager will call me back... NOTHING... so frustrating and glad Impact in Arlington was available. (And Impact is AMAZING - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!)

I work for Children First. It has been a pleasure to work with a diverse group of staff and clients there which I believe is their strength that allows for growth and change for clients. Keep in mind that it’s a grant funded non-profit which means you do fill out extra paperwork and go through additional procedures but what you get in turn is affordable service from dedicated professionals.

Hi Brittany, we are open from 9:00 am and our last sessions of the day begin at 8:00 pm. However, all sessions are by appointment only. There are no walk-in appointments. All clients who have the ability to video conference are receiving TeleHealth services during the Covid outbreak. Please call our office between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm to schedule an intake session.
