THIS stuff is not marked and they put whatever price they want! Also the parking lot is in terrible condition i also tripped! It's still not organized!

This used to be one of my favorite thrift stores in the city. It's a bit worn, and the kitchen section is not the most organized, but it's by no means bad either. They have a good clothing selection, especially for long skirts, although the pickings have been slim lately. The employees are generally friendly, but I've been in the store twice now in the last month during incidents where one of the managers got upset at a customer and rapidly escalated conflict to the point of yelling and removing them from the store. One of those incidents seemed to me like it was primarily driven by a language/culture barrier that was amplified by the manager escalating rather than slowing down to give the benefit of the doubt and communicate across that barrier. That seems inappropriate for such a culturally diverse location and escalation is generally not a great customer service option. It also just made me uncomfortable as a customer. I'll still drop by, as it's a convenient location for me and the prices are great, but it's not my #1 thrift store in Chicago anymore. I wouldn't recommend going out of your way specifically to visit this store the way I used to.

They are very picky about furniture donation. Need the items to be in good condition . Better to confirm with them
No sure. But they always have good deals
It just depends on your zip code if you want it picked up. Other than that you can drive it in yourself
Yes they pick up you gotta call the 1800 number. Just google it
No
No - they take donations; they don't purchase items. But if you provide an itemized list when you file your taxes, you get a refund for donations.
Yes they'll take them
There isn't a soup kitchen or food pantry at this location.
