I used the washer machine provided by the hotel and it completely destroyed my shirt! The only thing they would do about it is give a few points towards a free night if I signed up for their honors program. Pathetic.

Positive: The breakfast was pretty good, loved having the mini waffles. We didn't end up using the pool/hot tub but it looked nice and I liked that it was open until 11 pm. Negative: The ceiling in the hallways were low and the elevators were behind doors, which I thought was weird.

Positive: Hotel is 10 minute drive to Lakeview Hospital. The staff was so accommodating to our needs that required flexibility with our personal needs and dates. Will definitely stay there again!!!!

My only reason for not giving 5 Stars is that there is no microwave in the rooms. Only a central one by the front desk, which is pretty inconvenient when you're on the 3rd floor. For an out the door price of $140-160 per night....I just think we could have a microwave in our rooms. Oh...one more thing. The bathtubs are very nice with sloped backs for relaxing. BUT.....be damned careful if getting in for a shower. OMG the bottom of the tub is as slick as oiled glass!!!!! The staff is extremely friendly and my room was very clean and odor free.
