They do not deserve any stars. They were going to leave my dad overnight with a broken knee in two places and an infection. They mishandled the broken leg and let him put pressure on it after repeatedly telling them no. And they were just going to wait for the dr the next morning when he was delirious with an infection. They were not going to call an ambulance but with my insistence they were finally called. The emts said they have been called hours ago. Yeah. Not top notch at all.

The facility was very clean, But instead of making it look like A high end hotel they should invest in an incentive program for their staff. Most of the staff was very kind with the exception of two aids. Once I started doing surprise visits it got better. But I had to drive 45 mins from Oaklawn IL. To Dyer to bring my water. They are so short staffed that they cant afford to fire anyone due to bad behavior. The food could be A little more accommodating to seniors simple sandwiches and warm soup would go a long way for patients. Physical therapy was good but took 2 weeks to get started. Administration never returns phone calls. But I cant say enough about the RNs and how fabulous they were. They really treat patients with dignity.

Husband was a patient for rehab. Physical therapists we awesome. CNA"s that worked there were great. They supplemented staff with agency people. These people(with the exception of 2) were terrible. They had no consequences and it showed. Nurses only give meds. Don't ask them to do anything else. Food was good enough once he figured out the menu as there was no guidance there. I know the world is short staffed and we're in a pandemic so I get it. All in all, as long as your loved one has there facilities and able to speak up, I recommend it.

The staff was wonderful and IT IS VERY CLEAN, THEY DO EVERYTHING TO PROTECT THE RESIDENTS AND IT IS VERY CLEAN. Couldn't STATE THAT ENOUGH. The Nursing Teams are GREAT. They attend everyone's needs in a timely manner, I didn't have any issues. You also have to take into consideration that they are attending to someone having a serious issue. Patience is a good thing to have. The CNA's and other caregivers work extremely hard to get you what tou want or need
