The rehab facility is clean and attractive but very understaffed and the staff that are here are either overworked or totally nonchalant to the fact that people are calling for them. Sitting here with the call light on for my aunt for over 20 minutes and no one has come. You can hear patients yelling repeatedly from other rooms for help from nurses but no one goes to them. Walking past rooms I saw people just hunched over on their dinner tables. Is anybody making sure these people are ok?? Then other nurses are literally just sitting at the nurse station like they don’t see/hear any of it. It’s extremely disappointing. Hoping to take my aunt out of here to a better facility that can better care for her needs.

If you want a place that's pretty, this is it. If you want a place where your loved one is cared for, go somewhere else. My 90 year old mother with a fractured pelvis has twice had to get herself to the bathroom because nobody came more than an hour after she called for help. That's just one of the examples of the negligence at Hartsfield Village. This place is dangerous. Stay away. I was unable to reply to Hartsfield Village's reply to my review, so I am adding here that while my mom was there I spoke to everyone, all the way up to the executive director, trying to understand and get the issues resolved. All of them shifted blame. All of them said nice words about how they'd fix the problem - words that never came true. My mother was mostly left alone to care for herself until she checked herself out because she felt so unsafe.

Very unprofessional from the top administration on down to the nurses station. Absolutely clueless and uncaring. Do not put a loved one in this facility. It’s nice on the outside but that’s about it. Should’ve used some of the money to to hire and train the staff.

My mom was in there for rehab for 2 months. Very unprofessional staff. Nurses didn’t wanna do there jobs and complained the whole time they were there. Would not recommend this place to anyone
