first time visiting. went for brunch & got the creole shrimp omelette. wasn’t impressed. the omelette is atop a bed of grits (which you can’t see in the pic because there were barely any there). everything lacked flavor. they dumped seasoning on the top of it but the inside was so bland. the shrimp inside were completely unseasoned. definitely don’t recommend this dish. wish it tasted as good as it looks. my friend got the same thing and they said it was also unseasoned. inside of restaurant is very cute! the service wasn’t great. sat for a long time without getting checks until we asked for them

I was at SqWires for a wedding. The staff was professional and competent. My dinner was delicious. I had butternut raviolis with mushroom sauce. I could have eaten more. The venue has a historical mid 1800s vibe but also, somehow felt current. I don't live near this area but if I ever find my way back to Missouri I will definitely patron this place again.

We strictly follow Saint Louis City guidelines for capacity and safety protocol for front and back of house staff. Back of house staff gloved, masked, sanitizing regularly. All staff temp. before shift and required to pass daily health checklist. Sanitizing stations and signage throughout. Please let us know if you have additional questions.

On Sundays, we have both an A La Carte Brunch in our Restaurant as well as a Brunch Buffet in our Annex (located right behind the restaurant). The brunch buffet is $21.95/adults, $13.95/kids 5-12 & under 5 are free. Prices do not include tax or gratuity. The buffet is every Sunday unless specified otherwise on our events calendar on our web site; occasionally we will have a private event and cannot host the buffet.
