I worked with Albert during a state inspection of the facility. He is an outstanding employee and person as well. His demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to help make the experience exceptional. His interactions with the residents were inspiring. He is a true asset to the facility.

My mom has been admitted to this facility twice. Both times she was transferred from Presby Plano. The first time she was admitted for short-term rehabilitation, to help improve her balance and ability to continue to live independently. Unfortunately she had to be admitted a second time for an acute change in her mental status ( confusion and short term memory loss). During her second stay, she was placed in the memory care unit and received short-term rehabilitation as well. After being at this facility for about 3 weeks she has improved tremendously! She went from being unable to have a coherent conversation to being able to have a normal conversation! I can’t believe how quickly they were able to stabilize her and improve her overall well-being! She even gained some much needed weight! We thought she would need long term care, but thanks to Signature Point she is now at home with me and will do well with a sitter to help her with her ADL’s!

Just spent 2 weeks at Signatire Pointe. On a scale of five stars, I want to give Chrissy Bushee, the social worker, 10 Stars!! Also want to give a shout-out to Christy Brown for help getting settled and a the biggest thank you to Michelle Rice for having the biggest smile while helping in every way, she is the greatest CNA! Let’s not leave out Ramona Smith, from housekeeping who always was a cheerful person and very helpful!
