My experience is as a neighbor to this facility. The facility apparently does not monitor their client's activities as tonight the music is so loud it is permeating through the walls of the facility and the homes behind it. Even after police were called out, the music was turned back up. This place has no consideration for the community around it.

Great venue for any event. We setup a photo booth (The Focus Booth) for a Quinceanera a few weeks ago great spot for friends and family to enjoy.

It was 3500 back in the day, and 500 refundable if cleaned after the party and no damage. But I think prices vary according to the date and the owner.
