Ian (might be spelled wrong)picked up the call on the first 3 rings of the first call. (most gamestops let it hang up by itself and answer on the second call) and helped me check if they had a item in stock. Let me know they didn’t had the specific ones I wanted. Also checked other GameStop’s for me. Let me know he usually sees them stock up on them every two weeks or so if I wanted to wait since it wasn’t available online either. Sadly didn’t get the item but great phone customer service from him absolutely!

sitting outside at 11am when the hours say open at 10am and even the open sign is on. i understand the world is short staffed but this is stupid. the team for this location seriously need to be replaced.

Calling and asking is best. If what you are looking for is not at the store you call they will tell you know the nearest location.
The GameStop by the mall isn't closed
Probably running late. 820 traffic is rough. They don't get there early to prep most days.
