Food is always delicious here. Staff and management are committed and friendly. We came at the busiest time of the day and the speed of service was great. I will return often as it was delicious as well. 5/5

Good sandwiches - a bit slow when I was there but they got hammered by large takeout orders, a full drive through and what appeared to be new staff in training. That sort of crush only occurs when a place is worth going to.

The lady in the drive through was super nice, so that's why the review is as high as it is. I didn't have to wait too long for food either, the service was quick. However this food made me sick. i had the #9. I've eaten the same sandwich in Ogden and in multiple California locations and have never had this problem. After eating it I feel very nauseous and sick in other ways. I won't be coming back here again. :(

Usually we love Jimmy John's and highly recommend it, but today's experience was way less than satisfying. The lobby, tables, bathroom, and kitchen area were filthy!!! There was garbage all over the floors and tables. Most of our sandwiches were made wrong and thrown together. It took 17 minutes for us to get three sandwiches. Very unhappy with the staff and experience overall.
