Mason the manager is amazing!!! He was so accommodating as was the other staff. Cool vibe! Beds were comfy, food was good! They had an outdoor area with a live band which was super fun! Bar was cool and so were the people! This isnβt the Ritz Carlton but a cozy, fun place! We definitely will be back! πππ

Hands down the best bait and switch hotel Iβve ever been to The restaurant was not open at 4pm and the person at check in was not sure if it would be open for breakfast The bar is behind barred doors and also understaffed. NOTHING like the pictures on all booking sites This place is $30-$40 more expensive then everything in the area and does not have the amenities shown ALL pictures shown on google and Hotels.com are FAR from true Rooms and bathrooms are like dorms in junior colleges

When I checked in the woman at the desk was nice. I told her I paid through booking.com but she said that they only charge at checkout so I would only see the charge then. I was optimistic about my stay. However, I got very little sleep. There were hotels guests up till 11:00 PM drinking and being loud just outside my window. The whole place smells like a chain-smoker even though I selected a non-smoking room. Pretty sure I'll end up with lung cancer from second hand smoke and the popcorn ceiling which probably has asbestos due to the age of the structure. To further disrupt sleep, at 3:00 AM the fire alarms started flashing and blaring. I grabbed my laptop and headed towards the nearest exit to stand barefoot in the frigid night air. I stood there for 10 minutes and felt more stupid by the second as nobody else evacuated the alarming building. I walked through gravel and asphalt around the building to see if anyone was going out front. Nope. Was there anybody to ask at the front desk? Nope. Finally around 3:45 AM the alarms shut off so I went back to my room. The next morning I went to check out and the girl said she checked me out and gave me a receipt for $83.03 (A steep price to pay for a night in a place only one step up from sleeping on the streets). The continental breakfast consisted of: 4 packs of oatmeal, 2 small packaged cheese danishes, 2 prepackaged containers of fruit loops, and 5 small bottles of milk on the counter of the restaurant in the hotel. I stayed a night in the Super 8 and it had a more abundant breakfast at half the cost. Later my bank said I had a negative balance in my account and I would likely get charged an overdraft fee. I looked at my bank account and it said I was charged not only $83.03 but also two charges of $332.12, one from booking and one from Knights inn. The total cost of the one night was $747.27! When I called them and asked why I was charged they just said that all they charged was $83.03, and that I'd get a call back in an hour or two. No call, and I am still broke. I'd really like not to even have paid for what I felt like was an attempt to play a cruel prank on me, endanger me while I work around heavy construction equipment with nearly no sleep, and fake innocence while robbing me of every last penny (and more) I had. UPDATE: Both $332 charges were removed after a couple of days working with Booking.com and the GM.
