Great sales but lack of workers. Checkout is confusing if you are paying with rewards/merch credit.

This location is in dire need of good management. Horrible Experience they do not treat customers as first priority. There were NO Cashiers only self checkout and 2 people in customer service/return area. I visually saw 3 employees on the floor stocking product and when we asked for someone to check us out they said “will be with you shortly” ….. finally after I raised my voice and told them my mother has a bad back and cannot stand long then one employee stopped stocking product and came over to check us out. In the retail business customers are always priority But NOT at this location! The one employee at returns (old lady long gray hair) definitely didn’t know what she was doing led us astray on the floor to NOT what we asked for… I’ve been in the store another time last month to pick up for Doordash and I literally was waiting 30 minutes for a item that was right beside her and she had other employees looking out on the floor looking for it…Complete waste of time. No Urgency or Professionalism by the 3 workers and quite frankly made us feel like we were a burden on them. There was one young girl in the back that was extremely helpful and very professional wish I would of got her name. My mother loves to shop at BB&B and generally spends about $300-$500 every time. I know for sure IF my mom wants to shop at BB&B it WILL NOT be at this location. Just a heads up when you work in retail and a customer needs help what NOT to do is verbally make excuses. The customer needs to feel you care and that you are helpful and NOT a burden. I pray upper management sees this review and I will send one to Corporate Office to make sure of that!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! It only allows for you to give 1 out 5 stars ….They get a ZERO from us.
