My family and I have tried getting help from this institution since May and thanks to Jasmine, we haven’t received any help. Unfortunately money has been very tight this year for my household, we just needed one month’s rent and this lady Jasmine, has taken things extremely personal, as if the money were coming out of her own pocket. Spoke with the manager (Roxan) about the situation and the only thing she did was blame it all on me. I usually don’t speak up, but I don’t think this is the proper way to treat someone. Specially in a situation where asking for money is no fun. I wish this does not happen to other people who seek for help and have to deal with Jasmine. Some humanity and morals are much needed in this institution.

If your Bill is More then 100$ don't even Bother calling for Help, SMH 1st off the Lady Dorothy that does intake is Rude and Speaks to you like she is above you, We only needed help with out light because my Contract ended so I'm in Between Jobs but because MY light bill was more then 100$ she told me to call some where else to get help to pay the remaining balance Thank God St Vincent DePaul was able to help because by the time I only had 200 left on my bill I payed the 100 and called her back like she said to do but by the time she called me back my Next month Bill was Calculated and she said they wouldn't pay it, I began to tell her it shows on my acct that all I owe is the 100 to pay before disconnect but because new bill was on the bottom she said she would have to ask her Manager if they would still help with the 100 and she would call Me back lol smh I'm still waiting for that call back Hence she Never called back... even when I told st Vincent DePaul the situation they were speechless says they didn't understand why she turned me away when help paying bills is what Salvation Army does. Smh Dorothy gives a bad Name to the Company they need to find some one else to do her job!

Where to begin. I've been involved with this place in a volunteer capacity when the extreme cold/extreme heat GLOWS activations happen for our unhoused friends aka homeless. This is a non-judgemental place where the doors are opened in extreme weather and the community has been a giant help in their outpouring of loving on the less fortunate. Please keep an eye on the weather for the GLOWS activations upcoming and when it turns freezing we need blankets, clothes, shoes, socks, undergarments, belts for men and women. Size 34/36/38 men's jeans and belts. Hygiene products are also needed. Please consider donating by volunteering so we can keep the shelter open during the sub freezing Temps! Love your neighbor as yourself. ❤

Yes, I believe it is!
My apologies I don't have any information to share I will say that I had a flat tire there and nobody bothered me because they saw me fixing it and and when I was 6 I left so I will in the future though make Inquiry about what they do and how they do it. My best advice would be to stop in ask him what type of help they can offer I will say though that you probably will have to bring some type of financial statement and anything that you're getting from the government Like food stamps or if you're on social security SSI or SSDI they will definitely want to know it will definitely want enough I would imagine My apologies I can't be anymore help have a great night good
Yes they can!
1st thing you are honest and that's going to play a good start and if they don't I think GOOD WILL MIGHT BUT CALL BOTH OF THEM AND GOD KNOW WILL HELP
I think to be safe go over to the salvation army and tell them they will put u the right place
