Great gym, friendly staff. Just hate the hidden fees no one tells you about. There’s a fee for failed payments and they attempt to take payment every other day. Membership is supposed to be $27 but I was charged $100. After explaining they took money I needed for bills, I was told pretty much no refunds with not much sympathy. I’m only keeping the membership because it’s conveniently down the street from my house and has a kids area. They would have been CANCELLED!

The cancellation process is terrible with this company. Cancelled 8/2. They told me I would be charged 8/30 for September since that’s when my year was up and that would be it. Today I was charged again and now the story is 9/30 payment was for August. Train your managers better so they give accurate info! Outside of cancelling, this gym was fantastic.

Nothing family oriented about this location… my son always does great at the Frisco kids club - I wasn’t even 15 minutes into my work out and they came and grabbed me and said he was crying… went in and he was not crying but looked upset. Something was off about it for sure. Waste of my time. Never had this issue at LA fitness either… contemplating switching back if this ever happens again because that is ridiculous.
