We purchased $42,000 solar system in 2021 when we failed to communicate we needed continuous energy since our area experienced blackouts. His continued pitch was “No more blackouts.” We later had to purchase batteries from Tesla. During year one the inverter went out and was immediately installed and completed. In early August, 2022 the inverter died again and after 30 days I knew we were in trouble. We summized the inverter was made in China and although there is a 15 year warranty, we are at the mercy of a manufacturer, located in China where employment is halted because of their Covid 0 cases and the entire system is delayed. We’ve spoken with Mike Head who has no idea when it will come. Spoke with Solar Edge and they have no idea when it will come. Meanwhile we are paying 14.9 in electricity rates since solar plans run higher and all electric companies don’t cover solar credits, $264. Solar, $94 battery and now electric bill of $167 for 18 days. STAY away from Kosmos because they were helpless in assisting an existing customer. We’ve asked to substitute an inverter in warehouse and they can’t because of serial numbers. With products made in China have less quality and otherwise void your warranty the company proudly declares.

Sarah came through thoroughly for us. If you're in Texas go with Kosmos. She'll meet you on price and is super personable and well informed!

KOSMOS SOLAR is always friendly, polite and very efficient. So easy to work with to resolve any issues. Very customer oriented. Our experience with Anderson was so relaxed and comfortable. He was focused on our issue and worked diligently to correct it, while maintaining a friendly and informative manner with us.

We just signed up, so we haven't gone through the install process yet, but speaking with Parry has been great so far. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. All of the information he provided seemed accurate and he was never pushy.

We do not sell solar panels separately. You may get them online. But we recommend you to hire a professional solar installer to install and register your product for warranties.
It depends on your electrical needs and array situation. From 80 dollars to 250 dollars a month is our average.
